What a Real Estate Agent. Jonny not only sold our property but also found us our new house. He even bid on our behalf and won. He provides the total package and importantly is never happy until he has satisfied all your needs. Simple things to you become issues of concern for him to address. Nothing at all is left to chance. You are kept fully informed throughout the process. Jonny also organised to get our house painted and landscaped at a very low cost. The outcome was incredible and added I believe $100,000 to the price. Do not forget his videos either. Great addition and great comedy at the same time.

Jonny was awesome from start to finishI am a retired real estate agent (over 35 years experience in Canberra) so I know a lot about selling and marketing real estate. I also know most of the agents that are experienced at selling homes in this area and the choice of agent was difficult but very important. I knew Jonny through my real estate contacts and he only recently started his own business so we decided to list with Jonny as his enthusiasm is infectious. Jonny exceeded our expectations and his marketing plan, video, photos etc were brilliant and way beyond our expectations. Jonny's negotiation skills are close to the best I have ever seen which resulted in him not only achieving the record price in Chapman but smashing the previous best by $500,000. We would recommend Jonny to anyone selling whether it's a 1 bedroom apartment to luxury up market homes anywhere in the Canberra region. Well done Jonny and team.

We are so happy that we bought our first home through Jonny! Trying to buy in the crazy Covid market was stressful and by the time we met Jonny we were pretty burnt out with the ordeal. A natural at building relationshipsWe met Jonny a couple of years ago and he was one of the rare real estate agents that struck a perfect balance between being too pushy and not interested in people who came to open homes. Real Estate GuruWe were deciding whether to or not to put our home on the market, we wanted a real estate agent that new his stuff. After meeting with a couple of agents we were still undecided, then along came Jonny Warren. After sitting down with Jonny we instantly fell in love with this guy. He started off by listening to our story (because every home has a story) then he asked what we were expecting in the sale of our home. Jonny then explained to us what the market was doing, the best way to sell our home which was auction and the marketing. When we finished speaking to Jonny my wife and I felt so confident and relaxed, we decided to be the very first auction for Jonny Warren Real estate. Jonny's knowledge of the market is spot on everything he said he would deliver he did and more. His marketing ideas are unbelievable, the time and effort put into the pictures and video was what I believe greatly contributed to us getting way more than what was expected at auction. During the advertising period there wasn't a day go by where he would call us everyday or just drop in to update us or just to see how we were going. Now that we have sold our home we still remain friends.
